We would like to offer You new, sunny, cozy guest rooms for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 persons with a kitchen, satellite TV, Internet Wi-Fi and rooms dsigned with style for couples with a queen size bed and a mirror. There is a possibility to rent each of 3 floors / 100m2 /, each has 3 large bedrooms, each floor is independent, with a separate entrance and each has a new bathroom, a new and equipped kitchen so you could feel like home.

Accommodation in our building is the perfect place for wedding guests, school trips, Green Schools, Tourists, companies and families with children. We also have a fenced plot with a place to play for the kids along with a barbecue area and also a parking.

The building is located on the arterial road to the Hel Peninsula, 800m from the railway station and bus station in Rumia. Rumia is located 15 minutes of SKM travel to arrive in Gdynia and 45 minutes to arrive in Gdansk.From Rumia (measuring from the center of the town) to the Container Terminal in Gdynia and Ferry Terminal is only 8km, Passenger Port is about 10km away, and the Airport in Gdansk Rębiechowo is about 24km.

Not so far from Rumia, about 10km from the center, is located a beach in Gdynia. Within 11km west from the city are in the woods hidden small lakes. 3km from that point is a Horse Stable with the possibility of learning how to ride a horse. Many marked, new bike trails will help to explore the city and it's surrounding areas.

Rumia lies on the western slopes of the densely forested Pradolina Kaszubska with a the watercourse Zagórska Struga. From the north, it is divided by Reda, from the east till the sea there is Kepa Oksywska. From the south it borders with Gdynia, from the north with Reda and to the east with the municipality of Kosakowo. City crosses with the important railway line Szczecin-Gdańsk, a country road and the road no 6. A perfect blend of urban agglomeration are provided by the suburban train lines (SKM).

The biggest attraction in Rumia is the cactus farm owned by Mr. and Mrs. Hinz, which is considered to be the largest in Europe. It groups 6.5 thousand species and varieties of succulents / cactuses, agaves, spurges, among which you can see tall Texan cactuses, 7m tall, enormous aloe trees and cactuses circular with a diameter of 1m. An attraction for the kids is a small zoo placed in the cactus farm full of desert animals.

Dominating on the western city borders is Mount Markowca /92m over sea line. It's an excellent view point for Paradolina Kaszubska, the Gdansk Bay and Hel. The newest attraction of Gdynia is Water Tram that's going to Hel. Not far away from our building is a indoor pool with water slides, a sauna, squash court, bowling, disco, horse riding, shopping malls -Auchan and Rumia Mall, bike trails, cinema, a the newly opened Tiger Gym Club.
